JOB DESCRIPTION
As a true entrepreneur, you are not afraid of responsibility. You will occasionally manage a team of project managers. You will oversee the complete management of the projects assigned to you and your team. From contract signing to delivery, you will coordinate all stakeholders, negotiate contracts with support from headquarters teams, and serve as the main point of contact for all parties involved, including the Client.
You may also be involved in preliminary studies in support of Management and will be responsible for the construction phase.

DESIRED PROFILE
With a higher education background (Bac +5), you have at least 5 years of experience in team management and construction project management. Your experience ensures you possess excellent technical knowledge of construction and outstanding interpersonal skills. You are recognized for your ability to organize multidisciplinary project teams effectively.
