MISSIONS

Under the supervision of the Director, you will structure activities related to energy performance and the reduction of building carbon footprints and develop the Consulting/Project Management Assistance (AMO)/Engineering offering.

This senior division head role encompasses technical, managerial, and commercial aspects within the building and real estate sectors.

As such, the candidate (M/F) will have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop Consulting/AMO/Engineering services for their activity:
    • Energy/technical audits (OPQIBI): DDADUE, DEET, HQE, BREEAM
    • RT2012, RE2020, and upcoming regulations
    • Digital modeling: Thermal Dynamic Simulation (STD)/Daylight Simulation (SED)
    • FLJ/ALJ calculations
    • Energy/Low Carbon Reference (formerly BBCA reference)
    • DPE
    • Carbon footprint calculations (BEGES/ADEME/GHG/ISO standards)
    • LCA
    • Carbon Positive Energy (CPE)
    • Thermal renovation of buildings
    • Decarbonization plans
    • Commissioning (Technical, Envelope, Structure)
    • Seasonal commissioning
    • Studies for Renewable Energy (EnR) solutions
    • Regulatory compliance: DEET, BACS decree, APER law, LOM law
    • Environmental certifications and labels: HQE, BREEAM, LEED, EFFINERGIE, BBCA, E+/C-
    • Project management (design and execution) in energy efficiency and low carbon
  • Develop business revenue while maintaining agreed profitability levels in collaboration with the management and the group.
  • Build and manage the team according to workload.
  • Establish and oversee various partnerships in energy efficiency, low carbon, and renewable energy (EnR).
  • Oversee the operating budget dedicated to their activities.
  • Collaborate fully with other divisions of the company and group (project, engineering, and ESG strategy).
  • Report to management and the group.
  • Support and guide their team in project management.
  • Implement tools required for the efficient functioning of the division.
  • Serve as the expert reference on engineering (energy efficiency/low carbon/EnR) for the group’s agencies.
  • Guarantee the quality of studies and deliverables provided to clients.
  • Assist in drafting regulatory documents and support teams within the company and the group.
  • Actively participate in innovation projects driven by the company’s innovation division.
  • Represent the company in professional organizations and associations (e.g., steering committees, working groups).
  • Maintain regulatory vigilance related to their field of activity and offer informational sessions within the company and the group.

Scope of Work

The scope of this role spans the entire lifecycle of a construction or renovation project (design and execution phases) and the implementation of measures to achieve labels, certifications, or other environmental and responsible initiatives, including during the construction phase.

This scope also includes projects involving existing buildings or heritage properties for institutional clients, social landlords, private owners, etc., aiming to obtain labels, certifications, or other environmental and responsible goals.ns le cadre de l’obtention de label ou certification ou toute autre démarche environnementale et responsable.

DESIRED PROFIL

De formation supérieure (Bac +5), vous avez une expérience d’au moins 5 ans en Bureau d’étude ou en société de conseil et You hold a higher education degree (Bac +5) and have at least 5 years of experience in an engineering consultancy or consulting firm.
