JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a true entrepreneur, you are not afraid of responsibilities. You will sometimes manage a team of project managers. You will oversee the complete management of the projects assigned to you and your team. From the contract signature to the delivery, you will manage all stakeholders, negotiate contracts with the support of the headquarters team, and serve as the main point of contact for all parties involved, including the project owner. You may be asked to assist the management team in certain studies and will be in charge of the construction phase.
The Lille office is growing rapidly.
PROFILE REQUIRED:
You have a higher education qualification (Bac +5) and at least 5 years of experience in team management and project execution. Your experience provides you with excellent technical knowledge of construction and great interpersonal skills. You are recognized for your ability to organize multidisciplinary project teams.
