JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager and serving as a Business Partner for all company offices, you will be responsible for Subcontractor Sourcing for Execution.
Your missions?
Attached to the Purchasing Manager, your tasks will include:
You will conduct quality follow-up with subcontractors and suppliers for our offices and assist them in the contracting process.
Finalizing the DCE (with Price Studies or an external design office), conducting market studies, and prospecting suppliers and subcontractors capable of providing the required services on our construction sites (services, materials, logistics).
After launching tender procedures, you will analyze and manage technical and commercial negotiations: technical proposals, pricing conditions, warranties, supply lead times, associated services, negotiations, and contracting.
You will select the best offers based on the economic and technical performance of the work to be carried out.
You will regularly monitor qualified companies and expand your sourcing while keeping up with the most effective procurement tools.
You will maintain up-to-date purchasing reports and internal databases.
You will contribute to setting up Group Framework Contracts for various equipment sectors (e.g., locksmithing, flooring, loading dock equipment, fences, frames…), site facilities, and project fees.
DESIRED PROFILE
You are passionate and have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Director at a general contractor or in a construction company. You have worked on logistics buildings larger than 15,000 m², industrial buildings, activity buildings, and/or office buildings. We would be delighted to welcome you!

Enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal skills, you are a good listener and always available to your interlocutors (clients, local authorities, etc.).

Regular travel to construction sites, up to 3 times per week, will be required.
