Job Description
As a true entrepreneur, you are not afraid of responsibility. You will occasionally be in charge of managing a team of project managers. You will oversee the full management of the projects assigned to you and your team. From contract signing to delivery, you will manage all stakeholders, negotiate contracts with the support of the head office teams, and serve as the main point of contact for all parties, including the project owner. You may also be required to work in the early stages of certain studies, supporting the management team, and will be responsible for the construction phase.
The Rouen office is experiencing strong growth.
Profile
You have a higher education background (Master’s degree or equivalent) and at least 5 years of experience in team management and project execution. Your experience ensures you have strong technical knowledge of construction and excellent interpersonal skills. You are known for your ability to organize multidisciplinary project teams.
