JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a true entrepreneur, you are not afraid of responsibilities. You will occasionally manage a team of project managers and have complete ownership of the projects assigned to you and your team. From the signing of the contract to the final delivery, you will oversee all involved parties, negotiate contracts with the support of the headquarters’ teams, and serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, including the project owner. You may also be required to work in advance on certain studies to support the Management team and will be in charge of the construction phase.

The Lille office is experiencing strong growth.

PROFILE REQUIRED:

You have a higher education background (Bac +5) and at least 5 years of experience in team management and project execution. Your experience ensures excellent technical knowledge of construction and strong interpersonal skills. You are recognized for your ability to organize and manage multidisciplinary project teams.
