JOB DESCRIPTION:
As part of the development of the Large Projects division, we are looking for a Project Director (H/F).
The Project Director will oversee and ensure the successful completion of the projects under their responsibility. They will be responsible for managing and developing the skills of the Project Managers.
Reporting to the Operations Director, your tasks will be as follows:
Pre-Sales / Design Phase:
- Establish a technical and functional program to integrate into the project for the experts.
- Manage and coordinate both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the deliverables are transmitted efficiently, and prepare and lead team meetings.
- Ensure the completeness, relevance, and quality of the deliverables align with client expectations.
- Prepare cost estimates for the work necessary for the project.
- Coordinate the proposal for a final draft project, including the following elements: creation of all drawings per lot, preparation of a detailed specification book, compilation of a finishing schedule, and creation of new 3D views.
- Document all communications with the client, and schedule and validate throughout the design phase; track the time spent by all experts and the Project Manager to ensure project profitability.
Execution Phase:
- Consult with contractors and analyze their bids.
- Prepare and lead meetings (weekly Steering Committee with experts and clients, weekly team meetings, site meetings).
- Depending on the size of the projects, manage a Project Manager and/or internal or external supervisors.
- Handle requests for changes to the work.
Financial and Administrative Management:
- Report according to procedures using the appropriate tools and platforms.
- Keep the business tracking system up to date and validate payments.
PROFILE:
You are passionate about your work and have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Director with a general contractor or in a construction company. You have worked on logistics buildings larger than 15,000 m², industrial buildings, activity buildings, and/or office buildings. We would be delighted to have you join us!

Regular site visits (up to three times a week) will be required.
