JOB DESCRIPTION DU POSTE
Within the engineering company, your mission will be to:
- Build the ESG and Sustainable Finance strategy consulting offer: EU Taxonomy, CSRD/CSDDD, SFDR, Green, Social, Responsible, or Climate Bonds, Fund Labeling (ISR, Greenfin, Ecolabel), Assistance in ESG/climate/TCFD reporting writing.
- SBTI/Net Zero standards.
- Develop business related to your activity, ensuring profitability levels as set and expected by the company’s management and group leadership.
- Build and manage your team according to the workload of your division.
- Be responsible for the operating budget dedicated to your activity.
- Manage the service providers involved in the division’s activities (external firms, software vendors).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other divisions in the company and group (project, engineering, and ESG strategy divisions).
- Report to the management and group.
- Be responsible for the quality of studies and deliverables provided by your division to clients.
- Participate fully in innovation work driven by the company’s Innovation Division.
At the group level:
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of the group’s DD/RSE (Sustainable Development/CSR) strategy.
- Contribute to the establishment of ESG policies and lead transformations within the supported entities (sustainability impact matrix, implementation of ESRS, data collection, sourcing and governance, construction of reporting frameworks…), as well as the writing of the group’s DD reports (ESG/CSR report, sustainability report…).
- Animate the DD/RSE strategy as an Expert Referent within the agencies.
- Governance: Set up and manage the CSR Committee with reporting.
- Supervise a trainee in charge of DD/RSE projects.
- Report to the General Management.
- In collaboration with the communications department, organize/participate in the group’s CSR calendar events.
- Ensure regulatory monitoring related to your activity and propose information sessions across the group.
DESIRED PROFILE
With a higher education background (Bac+5) in Finance and/or a graduate from a top business school and/or engineering school with a specialization in Sustainable Finance, you have 5 years of experience in a consulting firm and/or a financial institution, working on Sustainable Finance-related issues.
