JOB DESCRIPTION
As part of the expansion of their Île-de-France division, I am looking for a Project Studies Manager MOA M/F.
Reporting to the Director of Studies IDF, your responsibilities will include:
MANAGING DCE STUDIES:
· Ensuring coordination between project stakeholders (BET, architect, economist, CSPS control office, etc.) and guaranteeing timelines, budget objectives, and DCE delivery.
· Coordinating the production of the DCE (Design and Build Documentation).
· Ensuring consistency between the PC plans, descriptive notice, and DCE plans.
· Drafting the notarial notice, arranging and controlling notary sales plans.
· Coordinating the descriptive division statement with the notary and surveyor.
· Seeking technical optimization with partners during the DCE phase.
· Alerting internal teams about technical risks.
MANAGING TENDER PROCESSES AND SELECTING COMPANIES:
· Developing the tender dossier.
· Building long-term partnerships with companies.
· Targeting companies and expanding the pool of partner companies.
· Launching the tender process.
· Ensuring timely responses from companies and guaranteeing their capacity to deliver.
· Analyzing offers with the companies.
· Proposing cost-effective alternatives depending on the packages.
· Negotiating and handling contracts.
· Managing the digital signature process for contracts.
· Ensuring a smooth handover to the construction phase.
DESIRED PROFILE
Idéalement issu(e) d’une formation Bac+5 dans les domaines de la maîtrise d’ouvrage, du bâtiment, vous justifiez d’une expérience d’au moins 5 ans sur une fonction similaire.
