Company description
My client is a company specializing in full-scope project management (AMO/MOD/GC/CPI) for luxury residential and commercial real estate projects (mainly renovations). It supports property owners, investors, and end-users as either assistant project managers (AMO) or delegated project managers (MOD), leveraging its expertise to:
- Assist investors and developers in project development;
- Provide technical and operational support during pre-acquisition audits;
- Manage projects from the design phase to final completion.
A general contracting division was created four years ago to support major clients (investment firms and real estate companies) with renovation projects under €1 million.
The company boasts an impressive portfolio of prestigious, high-technicality, and heritage projects, often with significant challenges requiring a wide range of skills. It is also backed by a fluid engineering firm with around a dozen employees (engineers and technicians).
JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the building project director (future head of the general contracting division), you will join a team consisting of 4 project managers, 2 project directors, and one executive assistant. This team reports directly to the company’s general manager.
Desired PROFILe
You will work across both divisions and manage several assignments simultaneously, with an initially balanced distribution (50%). Over time, depending on the growth of the general contracting division, your focus will gradually shift towards that division. The tasks, carried out under various legal frameworks, include MOD, AMO, VEFA monitoring, and general contracting responsibilities:
- General contracting :
• Renovation and tenant-ready upgrades ;
• Asset transformation ;
• Asset types: office buildings, schools, etc.
- AMO / MOD :
• Acquisition audits ;
• Project programming ;
• Project management;
Asset types: offices, townhouses, luxury hotels, and boutique shops.
The position is based in Levallois – 92.
5 to 10 years of professional experience as an MOD, AMO, or in another building project management role are required for the position.
The salary ranges between €55,000 and €70,000 depending on experience and profile.
The position may include a company car, at the employee’s discretion, after the probation period.
